- Client business data: if you become a client, information needed to operate your automations (lead contact details, appointment data, message logs).
- Basic usage data: standard web logs and analytics for our own site operation.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and perform the free AI Audit you requested.
- To provide, configure, monitor, and improve services for clients.
- To send service-related communications you've requested or consented to.
We do not sell personal information.
SMS / Text messaging program
By checking the SMS consent box on our forms or otherwise providing prior express written consent, you agree to receive text messages from PlainAuto LLC related to your inquiry, audit, and services at the mobile number you provide.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

- We only send text messages to individuals who have provided prior express consent. We do not send cold or unsolicited text messages.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate our services (e.g., form processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, scheduling), under obligations of confidentiality — and never for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit.
Your choices
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message or by contacting us.
